To register your expression of interest is easy. Your first option is to call our team on 02 9917 8600 and a sales consultant will help you fill in the official expression of interst form. Of you can follow the below steps and complete it yourself.

Step 1. Print this form off: Mosaic Expression Of Interest Form (105.69 KB)

Step 2. Fill in your personal details and tick if you want to be an investor or owner occupier

Step 3. Fill in 'Guarantors' section if applicable to your purchase. (such as buying in a Self Managed Super Fund)

Step 4. Fill in your Qld solicitor details. If you do not have one please leave blank and a NextHotSpot consultant will call to discuss. We can refer you to several of QLD leading conveyancing firms to assist you with your purchase.

Step 5. Please insert the sales price you have been given by your NextHotSpot consultant.

Step 6. Nominate how you wish to pay your $1000 holding deposit. By paying this amount you will reserve your selected property for 14 days whilst your contract is getting prepared.

Step 7. Nominate how you want to pay your 10% holding deposit.

Step 8. Choose the type of finishes you want to be used in your apartment. You have the following options to choose from:

• Base Natural Scheme
• Base Urban Scheme
• Premium Natural Scheme
• Premium Urban Scheme

Step 9. Please nominate if you would like a car park included (if this isnt already nominated to your apartment selection)

Step 10. If you have requested an upgrade to your finishes or additional car spaces your price may vary. If you havent added anything to your apartments listed price please add the same price as identified in step 5.

Step 11. Please insert any comments or qustions you may have about your property

Step 12. Please sign the last page and fax all three pages to Thirdi Property on 02 9917 8699
